When we knew we made it to the Top 10, we were ecstatic, but we wanted to go the extra mile. So, as a surprise, we visited MO Shenzhen around 3 weeks ago to collect bread from their breakfast buffet... that bread has now transformed into the SC WIN Breer!
What does SC WIN mean to us?
Turning trash into treasure
With the 500K grant from SC WIN, we will reach 730,000 more customers, save 3 tonnes of food waste, and make 400,000 units of delicious beverages like this one. How? We are looking to collect otherwise wasted fruit and vegetable peels and transform it into craft beverages like an ABC Soda (apples, beetroot and carrot) and kombucha!
